Terms of Service and End-User License Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you (and the business you use ReceiptsPls for) and Gander Ecommerce Solutions Private Limited (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service or browser extension, you agree to them. If you use the service for a business, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms for it.

1. The service

ReceiptsPls collects invoices and receipts from sources you connect or upload, extracts their details, helps you reconcile them, and exports them to accounting systems you choose. We may change or improve features over time.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the service and the browser extension for your internal business purposes while these terms are in effect. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer or build a competing product from the service, or use it to break the law.

3. Your account

Keep your login details and API tokens confidential and tell us promptly at [email protected] if you think your account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity in your account and for the people you invite to your workspaces.

4. Your data

You own the documents and data you bring to the service. You give us permission to process them only to provide the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You confirm you have the right to connect the mailboxes and accounting systems you connect.

5. Connected services

When you connect Google, Microsoft, QuickBooks Online, Xero, Zoho Books or another service, your use of that service is governed by its own terms. We are not responsible for those services, and they may change or withdraw access in ways that affect ReceiptsPls. You can disconnect them at any time.

6. Check what we extract

Data is extracted from documents automatically, including with AI, and can be wrong. Review extracted details and anything you export to your books before relying on it. ReceiptsPls does not provide accounting, tax or legal advice.

7. Acceptable use

• Do not upload content you have no right to use, or malware.
• Do not try to access other workspaces, probe or overload the service, or get around its security or usage limits.
• Do not use the service for any unlawful purpose.

8. Fees

Paid plans, if you choose one, are billed as shown when you subscribe. We will tell you in advance before changing the price of a plan you are on.

9. Ending the agreement

You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you materially breach these terms, or end the service with reasonable notice. After your account ends, we delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy, and you can export your data before then.

10. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we do not promise the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or USD 100 if you have not paid us). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Indemnity

You will cover our reasonable costs from third-party claims arising from your data or your breach of these terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes will be resolved in the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For material changes we will notify you by email or in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.
